How do you "know" the workers are not located in the US of A?

Are you assuming an accent equals an offshore worker?

One of the local Sears stores around me had an excellent Tool Department manager, who happened to have an Indian accent.

She lives "here". But, I guess someone calling might make the mistake of believing she was answering the phone from over seas.

Perhaps a nice US worker from one of the Southern states might be more to your liking?

I'm sure some of them might have "accents". But, they would be AMERICAN accents.
