why do online orders fail?

I was told by one of your call center people that 1 in 100 of all Sears online orders fail to get process by the computer correctly so get cancelled automatically. Is this true? Nobody seems clear why this is happening but it was described to me as “one of those things” and that customer can “try ordering again in a few days but it may happen again.”
Is this company policy?

  1. Hi moorboy! Welcome to MySears! I think the representative was probably referring to orders that are cancelled due to issues processing, such as when a product is out of stock.
