Why is a date not provided for Sears Choice Rewards points expiration? My statement just said 8/2013. I had planned to redeem them this month but my new statement now says I have lost 5329 points and it is still August. Who do I talk to about this issue?

  1. Hi ljhawk! Welcome to MySears! I am so sorry to hear your points expired before you were able to use them. Points expire on the third anniversary of enrollment after your purchase.

      If points expire on the 3rd anniversary then wouldn't his points be good until 2016?
