    How was your stove installed wrong?

    Why, do you suppose, did the stove supply two years of use before "starting a fire"?

    How long is your stove warrantied for manufacturer's defects and was there a Protection Agreement purchased to lengthen the stoves operational warranty, beyond what the manufacturer warranties?
