FS-1306 Series Silver Residential Door Closer
Keep doors securely closed with the Fortstrong Hardware FS-1306 Silver Automatic Door Closer. High-quality manufacturing and design plus vigorously tested for quality control. Available for high traffic areas and tested to withstand up to 500,000 open cycles. This Door Closer is suitable for interior door applications up to 144 pounds.
The closer is supplied with screws to work with both wood and metal surfaces. With our life-size fitting template included, installation is easy and quick. The automatic door closer is ADA compliant and features adjustable closing and latching speed.
Please Note
This closer is only suitable for 'regular arm installation' and is not suitable for top jamb, parallel or vertical installation. For Top Jamb or parallel installation please see the FS-6300B Door Closer from Fortstrong Hardware.
This is a domestic closer and is not suitable for large commercial installations.
This closer is not suitable for screen doors.

Installation Methods
Regular Installation
Suitable for regular installation only. This is the most common installation method, used in over 90% of installations.
The door closer is attached to the door and the arm connects to the top jamb (trim).
Using this installation method, the door closer will 'pull' the door closed.
Parallel Installation
The FS-1306 is not suitable for parallel installation.
This installation method is when the door closer is attached to the door, the parallel plate is connected to the top of the door frame.

Top Jamb Installation
The FS-1306 door closer is also not suitable for installation on the top jamb (trim) installation.
