Step 1: Clean up the odor source
Before ozone treatment, do some cleaning in order to remove the source of the odor. Close all windows and doors.
Step 2: Set the timer
Treatment time can be adjusted according to the area size and severity of smell. If you are not sure, start with 15 min-on/45 min-off mode and check on the unit before the second 15 min cycle begins.
Step 3: Leave the area
After the unit starts producing ozone you should leave the room. Make sure no people, animals in the room.
Step 4: Repeat as needed
Wait until at least 30 mins after the generation ends to enter the area. Whenever you notice some funky smells, start up the ozone generator and run an additional cycle.
