This tank ball valve is compatible with most standard pressurized storage tanks with 3/8" tubing and 1/4" female thread. This product can also be used for any other water appliance that you would want to have a shut off valve that requires a threaded 1/4" female end. All you need to do is thread the valve onto the desired application and connect your 3/8" tubing to the quick connect fitting. This product comes with the gasket inside so Teflon tape is not required. Then securely attach your 3/8" tubing into the quick connect fitting and your are set. To reuse this tank ball valve, all you need to do is push down on the collet on the quick connect fitting while pull the tubing out away from the quick connect.
