If this doesnt work, then pull the metal tabs up for each socket a little bit. If 1 or more bulbs are still not lighting up, then replace the bulb(s) with a working one(s). If the bulb(s) light up, then please contact us for replacement bulb(s). | NOTE: The 25 feet and 48 feet models do not connect.
