Return Policy

Our goal is to ensure that you are completely satisfied with your purchase. If for any reason you are not satisfied, please let us know. We offer an easy return process on all orders purchased within 30 days. Return Authorizations:

Please contact our customer service department to initiate your return process. Provide customer service with your order number and full name, and they will issue an authorization for you provided the return is unused, unwashed and in the original packaging (same condition item was received). If you are located within the 48 Contiguous United States, we will email you a prepaid return label. If you are not located within the 48 Contiguous United States the customer service representative will provide you with the return address and authorization number, the return shipping fees will be paid by the customer at the time of mailing. If your return is for an exchange, please indicate that to the representative and also note this with your return. Returns must be initiated within 30 days from the delivery date of the item(s). Place packing slip or any documents pertaining to your return inside the packaging with the product only.


Wrong or Defective Item: In the rare event you receive a wrong item or an item with a defect, please contact us immediately. The customer representative will process an exchange, replacement, or refund and will send you a prepaid return label for an authorized return. An exchange or replacement will be free of charge.

Refunds: You can expect to receive your refund within four weeks of shipping your package back to us. In many cases you will receive a refund sooner, but we estimate four weeks because of the time required for return shipping (up to 14 days), product inspection at our returns facility (up to 5 business days), and processing from your bank or credit card company (up to 5 business days). You will be notified via email with the details of your refund. We will issue your refund in the form of the payment used to make your purchase. Refunds will be issued only to the same method of payment that was used for purchase. International Customers: Shipping Fees, Custom Duty Fees, Tax Charges and any other associated fees charged are nonrefundable.
