Directly inspired and aptly named after the moon's dark side, the Darkmoon collection follows the Capsoil collection's footsteps by utilizing its innovative "oil-immersed" dial concept. This fascinating watch features a 44 mm black PVD case that holds a painted deep black metal dial under a scratch-resistant domed sapphire crystal. The dial is filled with a special oil and a visible air bubble that moves around, greatly amplifying its color and legibility which creates an illusion of a seemingly non-existent crystal. It has black and luminescent baton-style hands with indices, Arabic numerals at the 4 and 8 o'clock positions, and its signature "U" at the 12 o'clock position as hour markers, all treated with beige Super-LumiNova. This "Destro"(right-handed) timepiece is equipped with a screw-down crown on the left side. It's fitted with a black rubber strap secured by a matching black PVD-coated steel buckle. This watch also features a solid caseback with an innovative locking system and a quick battery replacement hatch wherein underneath lies the Ronda caliber 712.3, a Swiss quartz movement, lubricated with oil bath, and is water-resistant up to 50 meters/165 feet. When off the wrist, this watch should be kept at an optimal temperature between 0°C up to +60°C and away from direct sunlight or any heat source for too long.
