Kozo is a game of strategy, balance, and action whose name is Japanese for "structure". This 3-dimensional wooden stacking game first gained popularity in Asia. It can be played by two players or teams in a head-to-head battle. Whether you play competitively or cooperatively, Kozo requires strategic play and a nimble touch.
On your turn add one of the 12 wooden polycubes to the structure, carefully placing it within the confines of the eight square gridded base. A balance cube is also placed, to thwart your opponent's next move. Each successfully placed polycube earns you a numbered scoring tile. If the Kozo tower falls during your turn, you lose your points for that round. The player with the highest total score after three rounds of play wins. Kozo's innovative play makes it unlike any other balance and action game you've ever played before. It includes rules for several different versions of play, including solitaire.
