Step 1: Confirm the Learn Button
Look at your garage opener and confirm the color of your learn button.
The Gonat garage door opener remote is universal, can work with opener with Yellow/Red/Orange/Green/Purple learn button.
Why can't I pair this remote to my garage door opener?
Check the model of your garage door opener and make sure it is manufactured by Chamberlain/LiftMaster/Craftsman.
Make sure that you have pressed any other button to confirm in step 3.
In Step 4, the learning mode of your garage door opener will only last 30 seconds, so make sure you have finished the programming within this time.
The door of your garage door must be closed when you are programming.
Choose another button as the working button and retry the programming
Get your remote close to the garage door opener and try programming again.
Erase the memory of your garage door opener, so that it can memorize the new remote.
Long press the button you programmed and retry to control the garage door opener.
NOTE:
This remote is not 100% compatible, it has no wifi or bluetooth and cannot work with garage door openers with DIP Switch or MyQ type openers.
Besides, it cannot sync to garage door openers manufactured by Genie or Skylink.
To prevent causing unpleasant buying experience to you, please check the list above or make sure your garage door opener is manufactured by Liftmaster/Craftsman/Chamberlain from 1993 to now.
