The programmable temperature control with auto shut-off, is designed for easy outdoor use. The digital food thermometer eliminates the guess work without opening the lid. The 15 pre-set temperature settings make this the only electric smoker with a temperature range from 125f to 525f. It has a 16lb. Capacity cooking basket with adjustable half racks and warming basket. The easy-loading front access smoker box makes using wood chips or pellets to create smokehouse flavors no problem.
