It also helps protect internal metal fireplace fixtures and masonry chimneys from deterioration by keeping out rain, birds, animals, and debris. Made with a 24 gauge galvanized steel hood with scalloped corners, 18 gauge 3/4" expanded galvanized steel mesh, 14 gauge galvanized steel base flanges and slotted hex-head bolts. 5-Year limited warranty.
