VEIL ENTERTAINMENT RETURN POLICY: To help us quickly expedite your return, please include a copy of your order, packing slip, and any email correspondence for reference with your return. Returns and exchanges are accepted when received within the time-frame specified and upon pre-approval. In regards to manufacture defects or mix-ups that Veil Entertainment has made, such as: sending incorrect product, late delivery, and so forth. These situations will be handled on a case by case basis to best resolve. Seller will first attempt to exchange/replace the defective/incorrect items and will cover any shipping costs accrued in doing so. If replacement will not arrive by the posted estimated delivery time, or in the time Buyer needs the item, Buyer may return the item for full refund. In special cases where merchandise was delivered without defect and on-time but where the Buyer purchased a size or style that doesn't fit Buyers needs, the Buyer may choose to exchange the item. In such cases Buyer will pay for the return shipping of the item, while the Seller will pay the cost to ship the replacement to the Buyer. If Buyer chooses to return the item for refund in such cases, buyer is liable for all shipping costs and a restocking fee may be applicable. Seller understands there are varying cases from these guidelines and where this applies Seller will work to resolve any issues with the Buyer. Merchandise MUST be returned in new, "sell-able" condition. For use in this policy statement, "sell-able" is defined as: In new condition, in original packaging, and with all its original parts. We only sell new items, as such we do not accept returns of any used merchandise. For apparel: Where the return/exchange is due to incorrect size fitting, item must be returned in original packaging as it was delivered and in unused condition. Clothing may be tried on in a clean environment. If determined the size will not work, merchandise should be immediately placed back in its original packaging for return, so to prevent items from becoming lost or dirty. Additionally, any apparel merchandise that is considered an undergarment or likewise meant to be worn close to the skin, are NOT eligible for return, except in cases where Buyer has changed mind, and merchandise remains sealed in its packaging. Returns received that are not eligible are discarded at the Buyers expense. Restocking fees that apply will be deducted from refund, at the sellers discretion a restocking fee of up to 20% will be charged in most cases and up to 50% if item is not returned in the same condition it was sent. Restocking fees do not apply to manufacturer defects or materially different cases. In any event an item is refused for delivery, undeliverable by the carrier, or returned for any reason without pre-authorization from Veil Entertainment: Contact must be made to seller within the returns period and return must be otherwise eligible for return, otherwise order will be deemed ineligible for return and discarded. For cases where return is eligible, a restocking fee will be charged, and order will be refunded in accordance with our standard returns. Once a purchase is made it is the Buyers responsibility to take delivery of the purchased goods and to work out with the Seller any reason for return.
