In case if there is a defect in the product we need you to ship the product back and we either ship a new piece or refund the full amount as per customers choice. If the item is fine and there is some other reason for return, we generally go through the same procedure just that, we refund the item cost . All this should be done within one month after delivery date. Also, if the item is cancelled before shipping we refund the full amount.
