- What's TheMogan return policy?

TheMOGAN prides itself on customer service and satisfaction. If, for any reason, you are not satisfied with your order, you may return it for a refund within 30 days of the delivered date. TheMogan will not accept any returns after 30 days.

Items must be in the same condition as it was received, not used or altered in any way. Returned items must be unworn and unwashed (free of any stains from makeup, deodorant, or wear)

No in-person drop offs will be accepted at our warehouse or corporate office. We highly recommend shipping packages back with a tracking number, lost packages without proof of receipt will not be given refund.


- What's TheMogan exchange policy? Unfortunately, we do not do exchanges because our products are in high demand and if you send back the item you want to exchange, there is no guarantee we will have what you want at that time.

However, simply return your package by following the normal return procedure. We will issue you a refund of your item price and once the return is processed. That way, you may use the refund towards the correct size/color or for another item. * Please note: For general return (including orders that are refused by the customer at the time of delivery or returned due to an "un-deliverable" address,) original shipping fees are non-refundable.


- What if I have received a damaged item? (including : defect, wrong item) Defective items must be reported within 3 days of receipt. If you believe you have received an incorrect or a defective item, please contact us with a picture of the defective or the wrong item.
After review of the picture(s), your return label will be issued and once your return is processed, your refund will be issued with your original shipping cost of the item.

- Refund Refund for your return merchandise will be processed once your return is received at our warehouse. Please allow 1-2 business days for the return processing. Once your return has been processed, you'll be issued the refund through your original payment method.
