Returns are accepted within 30 day of delivery date. Merchandise must be in new and unworn condition. We recommend you try the shoes on clean carpet or a clean, smooth surface to prevent scuff marks while trying to see if the shoes fit.
Please enclose invoice inside. Please send shoes back with original shoebox, stuffing, and packing slip. DO NOT ship by taping up the shoebox, your package may be refused or charged 30% restocking. Please reuse original mailing bag/box if possible, otherwise please wrap it with shipping paper (or paper bag, etc). Customers are responsible for the return shipping unless we were at error ( defective,wrong order, etc) Original shipping and handling charges are non-refundable. Confirmation of processed return will be sent to customer once completed.
For exchanges: -Order the size needed and get a full refund for your return and fill out the Return form check the exchange box (return must comply with the conditions above); OR
-Return shoes with information of exchange (availability cannot be guaranteed).
