If for any reason you are not satisfied, return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals, and parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange. For most items, you have 30 days from the date of your original purchase to make a return.

Items no longer needed or buyer changed mind: These returns have a 15% restocking fee and buyer is responsible for return shipping. Items defective or not as described: Can be returned or exchanged. If returned, seller pays return shipping and there is no restocking fee.

Items damaged in shipping: You must report any visible damage to delivered items within 72 hours of delivery to be eligible for a refund or exchange. If delivered items with visible damage are not reported within this time frame, the refund or exchange will not be accepted. Seller pays return shipping if notified within proper time frame. Note: All returns must be sent back with all original contents and original packaging. Items missing parts or packing will be subject to additional fees. All returns must be new and in unused condition unless defective. Also, there are no returns on single use items once opened or items that have been altered from the original condition. We also do not warranty car electronics such as tweeters, speakers, and subwoofers that have been blown due to misuse, and have not been installed by a licensed professional shop.
