-We will gladly exchange or issue a refund of your purchase price (excluding shipping costs) if you are not happy with your purchase within 30 days of delivery. We do not charge restocking fees for most returns.

-The customer is responsible for any return shipping costs for returns due to size, fit, or style (issues other than seller error). -Please do not send the item back without requesting a Return Authorization by emailing us at the contact info found on your invoice.

-The item must be returned in the same brand new, unused condition that you received them, along with all original packaging, shoebox, accessories and purchase receipt. -Any items that have been returned and have obvious signs of use will be returned to the buyer at buyer's expense, or incur a significant restocking fee.

-Any footwear returns sent in only the shoe box without a separate outer cardboard box (i.e. not double boxed), or shoe boxes with packing tape/shipping labels on them will, at our discretion, either be refused and returned to sender, or incur a 15% restocking fee. -Any footwear returns received without the shoebox (or in a shoebox other than the original) will either be refused or incur a 15% restocking fee.

-Any clothing/accessory returns received without the original label(s)/tag(s) will incur a 10% restocking fee -Please allow up to 7 business days for the return to processed after it is received at our facility. -Any returns received after 30 days will be refused or incur a 15% restocking fee.

ITEMS RETURNED TO SENDER Please make sure that the address provided in the order is fully complete and correct. Any packages returned to sender by the carrier due to address errors, being refused, "recipient moved", "unclaimed", "Attempted Not Known", etc. will incur a 10% restocking fee.

EXCHANGES (for items of equal / lesser value only) - In order to ensure availability and for the quickest delivery of the exchange we recommend purchasing the new size separately, and requesting a regular return for the original item.

- However we do offer an alternative exchange method, where you would only need to pay for the return shipping, and once we receive the item back we can then ship out the new exchange at no addtional charge. If you will prefer this method, please contact us to receive an EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION. - Any price differences will be automatically refunded upon shipment of exchange item

- We try to reserve the sizes requested for exchange, however if an exchange size is unavailable when the item is returned, a refund will be issued in accordance with the above return policies. ORDER CANCELLATIONS

If you change your mind or decide to cancel the order before it ships out, please request to cancel the order from your Sears account as soon as possible. Please note that although we try our best to process all order cancellations before shipments are sent out, due to Sears timeframe requirements and tight carrier shipment schedules, we may not be able to process your request, and so this does not guarantee that the order will be cancelled. If the item is already shipped out, unfortunately in most cases we are not able to cancel at that point. Some carriers may offer a delivery intercept service, and if used to have the item returned back to sender, they may charge us a fee which will then be deducted from your refund once the item is returned.

ORDER CHANGES We suggest that you review your order carefully for all details (including size, color, and address) before confirming the purchase at checkout. If you would need to change your order once it is placed, we recommend that you contact us as soon as possible. Please note that although we try our best to process all order changes before shipments are sent out, due to Sears timeframe requirements and tight carrier shipment schedules, we may not be able to process your request. Significant address changes are not permitted by Sears (however slight corrections such as house number or missing Apartment number can be applied at our discretion). If the address is totally incorrect, we suggest that you submit an order cancellation request as soon as possible.
