You can initiate a return for most new and unopened items within 30 days of delivery for a full refund.* You must return items in new or unused condition with all original materials included with the shipment. We must receive your returned items at our processing facility within 30 days of delivery. All returned items are inspected and award a partial refund for opened or used products. If the return is a result of our error or defective product, we will refund the full cost of the merchandise and return shipping charges. If you initiate a return after 30 days, a partial refund may be issued depending on elapsed time and condition of merchandise.

Shipments - Shipping Damages / Defective Items We encourage you to thoroughly inspect your item for damage within 24 hours of receipt and notify us of any damage immediately via email with attached photos. We understand that sometimes it is not possible to inspect your item that quickly which is why we give you some extra time and allow you to contact us up within 30 calendar days from receipt of your item. For either damage or defective items, we will need pictures following pictures: Close up picture of actual damage or defect, inner packaging, general image of the shipping box, especially if there is any indication of damage, dent, etc. Please be aware that sometimes products may arrived with a film, minor black lines what seem like scratches or cracks but they can be easily removed. If the item is installed and the product is not functioning, we will follow up with you, the customer, as to see what is the actual issue with the product. Most of the time, it just requires troubleshooting or installation matter. If the item is found to be defective or it does not work, we will refund you in full or offer you a replacement depending your choice.


Accepting a Freight Shipment (Not UPS or FedEx Ground but LTL freight carriers) Please be sure to carefully inspect the package before signing for the package. If you see any damage on the outer box please make large notes on the delivery receipt indicating if there is any damage or missing items from your package. Some damage may not be visible from the outside so please open the box / crate to inspect that your item has not been damaged. Never sign for an item that is damaged, simply refuse the delivery.. If the driver does not allow you to open the box for inspection before signing for the package please be sure to write this on the delivery receipt: "Damaged until further inspection". Your signature is a binding contract, by signing without proper notation means that the shipment was delivered and received in good order and condition. If there are any damages you have 48 hours to inform us by email. Include a detailed description and images of the damage and outer packaging.
