We want you to be completely happy! If for any reason you are not happy with your purchase we will gladly accept returns (excluding swimwear and intimate bottoms). Return requests must be submitted within 30 days of delivery except for refurbished Consumer Electronics items which must be submitted within 14 days after the item is received. You will receive a refund for the cost of the merchandise less all shipping costs. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. Used merchandise can not be returned. Please allow up to 14 days from the time we receive your return for processing your refund. Your payment will be refunded in full less all shipping costs. We stand behind our goods and services and want customers to be satisfied with them. We'll always do our best to take care of customers—our philosophy is to deal with them fairly and reasonably. We have long believed that when we treat our customers fairly, they in turn are fair with us. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 30 days with original tags/packaging. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke the item will be mailed back to you. If applicable, any protective inner lining must be intact. Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.

When we receive your package we will process the return within 14 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price less all shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box. Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund.
If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.  You will be responsible for paying for your own shipping costs for returning your item. Shipping costs are non-refundable. If you receive a refund, the cost of return shipping will be deducted from your refund.

Should you choose to return an international item for any reason, you will be responsible for any additional shipping charges and restocking fees and as well may be responsible for taxes and duties to facilitate the return of the item to original the purchase location.
