If we have incorrectly listed the item or sent you the wrong item we will take responsibility for correcting the problem.  Possible resolutions include partial refunds, replacement of item, etc. If you don't want the item after it has been received and we have correctly listed and advertised the item received you can contact us to inquire about returning the item. In this scenario you will be required to pay the return shipping. Upon receiving the returning item you will be refunded your purchase price/winning bid LESS 20% restocking fee. Original shipping will not be refunded. You must contact us within 14 days of receiving the item and the item must be returned in the same condition. International shipping will not be refunded.
