RETURNS
Products must be returned in new condition and in their original packaging. Please see our terms and conditions below. RETURN POLICY
Limited to 1 return or exchange per household. Return time period begins from the date of delivery.
Mattresses and Mattress Toppers must be in use for 30 nights before being eligible for a comfort return. After the 30 nights, and up to 180 nights you can request a one-time comfort return. We do not reuse or re-purpose mattresses or mattress toppers therefore do not accept returns of opened, uncompressed mattresses. We do not want any mattresses purchased through Sears to go to waste and if necessary will help you find a local charity to donate your mattress to or nearby recycling center.
You have 3 days from the date of delivery to notify us of any damages. Carrier mis-shipments must be reported immediately. We are not responsible or liable for failure to report your order not being received. Corsicana Mattress Company is not liable for incorrectly entered customer address information or erroneous orders. Customers will be responsible for incurred shipping costs and restocking fees.
After the return period has expired, the manufacturer’s warranty may apply. REFUNDS
When issued refunds will be in the same form as the original method of payment. Once your refund request has been approved and initiated please allow Sears 3-5 business days for processing. In some situations, buyers could be responsible for return shipping and any restocking fees that might be applicable. This amount can be deducted from your refund.
EXCHANGES In lieu of a return, you may at any time exchange your mattress or mattress topper for a one time courtesy exchange.
CANCELLATIONS You may cancel your order at any time prior to shipment. If your item has shipped you may refuse the shipment upon delivery and the assigned shipping carrier will return the unopened package to Corsicana Mattress Company.
