Returned Goods:
All returns require prior authorization. Returns must be authorized by HAIRCUBED Customer Service Representative within 40 days of date received by the customer. All product (s) must be returned before the 40 days of your purchased to our returned department. We do not accept returns in the following reasons: A) Brushes /Shampoo/Conditioner/Bio capsules are not refundable
B) Items without the original case or package C) Items, which has been adjusted or cleaned by customer.
D) Item that has been soiled or damaged by the Customer. Contact Customer Service for Return instructions via email
All returned goods must have Return Authorization Number All authorized returns must be received by HAIRCUBED in original packaging, accessories, documentation and in original condition for credit considerations
No returns accepted after 40 days of date received by the customer Hair Cubed does not refund any unused/unopened items that have exceeded the 40 days from the date of scheduled delivery. Merchandise credit may apply if approved by our authorized sales team.
