You can initiate a return for new and unopened items within 30 days of the delivery date. To qualify for a refund, items must be in brand new, meaning unassembled and unused with original box and packing and all accessories and returned to our warehouse. You will be responsible for both the original and return shipping costs, even if the item was sold with free shipping, the actual amount of the shipping will be removed. If the return is a result of a fulfillment error, we will cover the cost of the shipping. All returns are subject to inspection. We DO NOT accept returns for used items. If you have shipping damage or a defect part, please contact us to have your item fixed under the warranty.
