Return To request instructions and a return authorization, please DO send an email us and specify which item you wish to return and your order number OR we will refuse to deal with it. All returns must be in their original carton with all packing material intact within 30 days. We do not accept returns after 30 days. If the package is refused or returned without our issuing of an RMA#, a restocking fee will be applied. Non-defective/ opened products that are returned must be sent freight prepaid by the customer and insured. We will be unable to refund your cost of the original shipping if you decide that you do not want the order after it has already been submitted. We will cover the shipping if the return is a result of our error.
