All merchandise returns must first be approved and issued a SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., Return Merchandise Authorization Number (RMA) with the original invoice number. Products being returned must be unopened and in resalable condition or subject to warranty policies. No returns nor refund will be accepted after 30 Calendar days, from the original purchase date.
If the packaging shows visible damage upon arrival, the customer must refuse the package(s) or they may have to purchase the merchandise if a damage claim is refused by the carrier.
All damaged or missing items in boxes, that are not visibly damaged, must be reported to SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., within Five (5) business days of delivery. If a damage claim is not filed within five (5) business days, SIROCCO DUSTLESS LLC., will not responsible for damage and will deny the claim.
Returns on new and unused merchandise will be subject to a restocking charge of 15%
