You may return your item for refund or exchange Within 30 days of the receipt of your purchase. Please make sure the item is in the original package or condition and all tags are attached and not worn or used.
Please request an Authorization from us by sending an email to [email protected] so we can process your refund or exchange request on a timely manner and properly. If the reason of your return is due to our mistake, we will be happy to send you a prepaid return shipping label to make the process easier for you.
International Buyers are responsible for any Custom fees or import taxes and duties that may apply on their purchase. We do not issue any refund for any Custom fees and taxes in case of returns, as these charges are not applied by us. Refunds (if applicable)

Once your return is received and inspected, we will send you an email to notify you that we have received your returned item. We will also notify you of the approval or rejection of your refund. If you are approved, then your refund will be processed, and a credit will automatically be applied to your credit card or original method of payment, within a certain amount of days.

Late or missing refunds (if applicable) If you haven’t received a refund yet, first check your bank account again.
Then contact your credit card company, it may take some time before your refund is officially posted. Next contact your bank. There is often some processing time before a refund is posted.
