RETURNS Within 30 days of purchase, we will accept returns for exchange or store credit at our retail locations.

To be eligible for a return, your item must be in new condition, unworn, unaltered, and free of damage. Item must be returned with all tags still attached and must be in the original packaging. To complete your in-store return, we require a receipt or proof of purchase.

CANCELLATIONS Our fulfillment process starts immediately after an order is received, so we are unable to accommodate any cancellation requests. All confirmed orders will be subject to our standard return policy.

In the event that an item becomes unavailable, Impossible Kicks reserves the right to cancel your order or items within your order at any time. We will provide a full refund, back to your original form of payment. You will be notified via email of any orders or items we cannot fulfill and have refunded.
