Items purchased from Open and Clothing on Sears are not returnable to Sears.com or any Sears stores.
Please return items within 30 days from the purchase date. Returns outside of this time-frame may be accepted only at the discretion of our support team. If items are defective or materially different, we will either provide a replacement or a refund depending on our inventory stock levels. We do not accept returns on undergarments, bras, socks, hats, swimwear or used and worn merchandise.
To request a return, send an email to
[email protected] (include your Order ID) and explain your reason for returning the item. We will respond as soon as possible. Please see the return policy included in your package for more details. A full refund will be processed on your order if:
- The customer receives an incorrect / wrong item. - The customer receives a damaged or defective item.
A 20% restocking will be charged if: - The item did not fit.
- The item is not as you expected. - Customer changes mind / did not like the item.
- Customer ordered by mistake. - Customer found a better price.
Shipping costs paid by the customer when order was placed will not be refunded.
