The only condition is that the product has not been used and is returned to us in as-new condition. Faulty products - up to 12 months from receipt of order

We cover the manufacturers’ warranty for the first 12 months of your purchase (for certain products this period may be 24 or 36 months). If your product develops a fault within the first 12 months please let us know and we will be happy to exchange it for you.
