If your item is defective or you need to return it for refund or replacement please contact us at [email protected] and we will reply with an RMA# and instructions on how to return your item. Return shipping for all returns will be the responsibility of the buyer and we will cover the shipping cost of sending a replacement. You must obtain a Return Authorization Number (RMA#) from us before returning the item.
