for orders over 100 LBS if we do not have your phone number we can not deliver your order, thus delivery could be delayed until we get your phone number. Processing time for orders is 2 to 5 business days, this time does not include the shipping transit time.

Items shipped freight are delivered to curbside or driveway only, buyer should be responsible for receiving the package and take it in side their home or up a building. inside home delivery is available in some areas for extra charge. Truck freight orders require that someone is available to accept the delivery, the carrier will contact you to set up a delivery Date and estimated window of time.
If the carrier is unable to contact the customer, or customer request to cancel the order after order is shipped. Order will be treated as a returned order. in which the return policy applies as states here below. shipping only to the 48 contiguous states. We regret we cannot be shipped to APO/FPO, Hawaii, Alaska, or Puerto Rico.

Return Policy: Buyer returns should be postmarked within 30 days from the day the buyer received the package.
Delivered furniture and Indoor Upholstered furniture – 7 Days to Return: Delivered wood furniture and indoor upholstered furniture, including recliners and sofas must be returned within 7 days of purchase.
Shipped returns will deduct applicable shipping charges from your refund, unless the return is a result of our error. Cancellation, restocking and delivery pick up fees may apply.
Returns must be undamaged, unsoiled and free of stains or infestations. All law tags must be attached. Additional Fees (not applicable where prohibited by law, item is defective, or incorrect product was delivered):
A 15% cancellation fee will be charged on any Special Order Item cancelled more than one day after purchase, but prior to delivery. A 15% restocking fee is charged for mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters and built-in home appliances, and any opened consumer electronics, patio furniture, gazebos, canopies, pergolas, air conditioners, dehumidifiers, space heaters and grills. A pick up fee will be charged for our delivery team to pick up the item from its location

In rare cases where an item is damaged or defective, it is Very important to notate any damage on the bill of lading or Delivery receipt when you sign at the time of delivery, even if the package appears only slightly damaged. All damages should be reported to us within 3 days of delivery.

HOME DELIVERY & INSTALLED ITEMS RETURN POLICY EXCEPTIONS:
Damage reporting requirements: Carefully examine your purchases upon delivery. If any visible or functional damage is noticed, delivery should be refused. By accepting delivery, you are acknowledging that the items have arrived in working order.
You must report any damage (visual or functional), within 3 days of delivery to be eligible for a return. If these items are not reported within this time frame, the return will not be accepted. If a product arrives damaged or does not work properly when you receive it, ( Please take pictures of the damage) we will repair it, replace it or offer a refund. Repair, replacements or refunds are at the discretion of Sears.
If you return an item for exchange, the replacement merchandise that you receive cannot be refunded, it is only eligible for exchange. Delivery, labor &/or installation fees will not be refunded


Important Note: Customers sign for delivery and do not notate "damage" assume responsibility if merchandise is damaged.
please note that replacements or refunds can be denied if the customer fails to notify us of defective or damaged merchandise within 3 days of receipt. Failure to follow return procedure for the damaged item may result in a charge for the free replacement item.
