We want to ensure your happiness, and our dedicated customer service team will go above and beyond to assist you. If you decide to return your purchase, simply ship the item(s) back to us within 5 days of receipt. Please note that we require notification of your intent to return the item(s) within 3 days of receiving them. Upon receiving the returned item(s), we will issue a refund for the original purchase price, minus the original shipping charge and a handling fee of $5 or 10% (whichever is greater). This fee helps us cover the costs associated with processing returns.

Please contact our Returns Department for an RA Number before returning an item, otherwise the return may take longer to be processed.

2. Item(s) must be returned in original, unused condition within 5 days with original tags/packaging. All returns will be inspected prior to a credit being issued. If there are any signs of wear, heavy perfumes or smoke, the item will be mailed back to you. Exceptions to the policy above.

Footwear will be assessed a handling fee of $10 or 10% (whichever is greater). Intimate apparel bottoms including panties and swimwear bottoms are non-returnable.

3. When we receive your package, our goal is to have this resolved within 5 business days. You will receive a refund for the purchase price, less all the shipping costs. The Returns Authorization Form must be completed and included in the box. International customers are responsible for any additional duties, taxes brokerage, and insurance fees that may be assessed for returned items shipped internationally.
