ApparelnBags offers a smooth & easy return policy to our customers. Our policy allows customers to return new, unopened items that are sold & fulfilled by ApparelnBags at Sears Marketplace within 30 days of delivery in order to get a full refund. The items should be returned in their original product packaging & should not be used prior to return.
  If the return is a result of ApparelnBags (supply chain) error, we will be bearing the complete shipping costs for the return. Please contact us with your PO Number, Order Number & explanation of the SKUs you need to return. Our customer care representative will get in touch with you & will guide you through the whole return process. They'll also provide you with a return mailing label which you can print out.
  Generally, the refund process takes about 2 weeks from the day your package is handed over to the return shipper; however, in most cases you'll receive the refund in a shorter time. Please understand that the time period stated includes:
1. The transit time for us to receive your returned item from the shipper (3-6 business days). 2. The time it takes us to process your return once we receive the SKU (3 to 5 business days)
3. The time it takes your bank to process our refund request (3 to 5 business days).  
Our customer care representative will notify you of your refund once we've received & processed the returned item, via e-mail.
  Note:
*For health & hygienic reason Intimate garments cannot be returned or exchanged. Please double check & select the correct size when making your purchase to avoid any hassle.
* Damaged / dirty / defective or an incorrect item can be returned irrespective of them being intimates.
