Return policy of 30 days from delivery date.

1) Buyer is responsible for any return caused due to buyer remorse and should return the item at their own expenses. - If the item is damaged/ defective/ incorrect then we will issue full refund to the member. 2) If buyer has received damaged/ defective/ incorrect item then we will issue a return label with an RMA to the member so that buyer can easily return their order.
Items to be refunded must be brand new in the original condition as received, no marks or dust on the shoe sole. no wrinkle or stress on leather and no odor, with all the tags and must receive in safe & clean original box or packaging , No dust on the dresses and with all the original tags. Please read carefully and compare your FIT WITH OUR SIZE CHART , those are SPECIAL Handmade Dress ,The original shipping cost for sending the item to the buyer will NOT be refunded since it’s gone to the shipping company. Buyer responsible all shipping cost, please make sure to order the right size to avoid the charges for return or exchange. You need to be familiar with the brand / style before ordering it on line.
