If for any reason you are not satisfied with an item, you can return your purchase in its original packaging with all accessories, manuals & parts, with your original receipt, for a refund or exchange per the terms & conditions outlined below. For most items, you have 30 days from the date of purchase to make a return with some exceptions. Please see our return policy exceptions & special terms below.

Please note that a 15% re-stocking fee for all UNOPENED returned merchandise and/or the cost of outbound fulfillment applies for all discretionary returns. Fulfillment costs include but are not limited too shipping costs, packaging, insurance, ect. Original shipping costs paid by buyer are non-refundable. All upgraded or expedited shipping costs are not eligible for refund. Buyer is responsible for BOTH outbound and inbound return shipping costs, there are no exceptions to this policy.

Any items that have been used, are missing parts/accessories, or have altered packaging will be refused. Items that contain delicate electronics cannot be returned if the manufacturers seal has been removed/tampered with. If an item has been installed by buyer, but may still be resold as used, a restocking fee of up to 50% will apply, otherwise the return will be refused. All returns must be re-boxed, have sufficient packaging, and insured at buyers expense. Any damage or loss resulting in insufficient or untraceable packages are buyers responsibility.

Returns for defective or wrong merchandise will include pre-paid shipping instructions/label. Items must be returned prior to receiving a replacement item. All serial numbers must match our product records, any seals, or nomenclature must remain intact as received by buyer. Any items that have altered or removed serial numbers / tamper labels will be refused. Refunds are processed within 5-7 business days of receipt of return package. Please allow ample time for your return to be processed. All items must be post-marked or received within 30 days of return authorization, or your return may be refused.
