We want you to be fully satisfied with your purchase and will accept returns on most items if returned within 30 days (see exceptions below). No returns can be accepted after 30 days. All returns must be returned Directly to Maxi-Aids or to the address provided by Maxi-Aid. All returns must be in new, resalable condition, containing all of the manufacturers' original packaging (in new condition), accessories, warranties, instruction manuals, etc. Some items may be subject to 15% restocking fees upon return. For approved returns you will be issued a refund, less the shipping and handling charges for any returned item. Original shipping charges are not refundable. If you have received damaged, defective, or incorrect item we will issue an electronic return label for return shipping, your full refund will be issued once the returned item has been received.
If your product arrives damaged you must notify us immediately, within 48 hours via e-mail at
[email protected]. You will then be given return instructions. Once we have received the damaged item back from you, we will gladly make the exchange. It is important that you hold all packaging materials for UPS inspection, which may be required. Non-Returnable Items
Sorry but we cannot accept returns on the following products: books, video tapes, computer products, computer software, medical or diagnostic aids. The following cannot be returned for sanitary, health, and safety reasons: commodes, toilet, bath or shower items, injection aids, thermometers, urinals, briefs, incontinent products, cushions, pillows, massagers, supports, test strips, glucose meters, and any other item that comes into direct contact with the body or bodily fluids.
Also be aware that some items such as Large Home health care items, Wheel Chairs, Walkers, Commodes Transfer Benches, scooter ect., may be special ordered specifically for you and may not be returned.. Instructions for a Return or Exchange NOTE: It is required that you contact Maxi-Aids directly for return instructions and to receive an RA ( return Authorization) prior to sending the item back.

You will be given instructions on how to prepare the package for shipping. It is also Strongly advised that you purchase shipping insurance since we cannot and will not be responsible for damages that are incurred during returning a shipment. Please note all returns must be shipped in accordance with UPS shipping regulations which require that the items be returned using adequate packing and shipping materials so no damage will occur in transit. **Order Refusals: if an order is refused for any reason the buyer will incur all shipping charges ( both ways) as well as any restocking fees assessed by Maxi-Aids or the Manufacture who may be drop shipping directly to the customer.
