Return within 30 days of delivery date Orders placed during the Valentine's Day, Mother's Day, Father's Day, and Christmas seasons qualify for the extended 45-day return policy.
Items must be returned in their original condition including gift boxes and velvet pouches. For exchanges, please specify the item, color, and size in detail on the return/exchange form.

For your convenience, we have included a prepaid standard USPS label. The label, found on the reverse side of this packing list, has the delivery confirmation incorporated. If your package is over $100, please insure package at post office. If you choose not to use the enclosed label for your return/exchange, return shipping fees are non-refundable. If you chose any shipping method other than FREE SHIPPING during checkout, shipping fee will not be refunded.
