Simply email our Customer Service department via email at [email protected] or via telephone at 212-689-7770 to obtain a RETURN/EXCHANGE AUTHORIZATION NUMBER. Please write this number on your return label. Packages received without this number are subject to a restocking fee.

Return merchandise via insured shipment. Please send the package via any convenient method (USPS, FedEx, UPS). We advise that you obtain Insurance and/or tracking services to protect yourself if the package is damaged or lost in transit. The returned item must be new and unused and shipped with all of its original packaging and enclosed materials.

Receive your refund As soon as we have received the returned merchandise, we will gladly refund you the full purchase price of the product.
