For band saw blade weld breaks, simply send the blade with a copy of your receipt to our return address. Upon receipt and inspection, a new blade will be returned if the blade has not been misused. All blades being returned for exchange or refund must be in pre-sale condition and be accompanied by your receipt. Bent or kinked blades will not be credited. If you have purchased the wrong blade length, it can be exchanged for the correct size by returning the blade and enclosing a $5.00 per blade rewelding fee plus reshipping charges.
