All of our products are brand new and in original retail/box packaging with UPC intact, unless otherwise mentioned on the listing. After purchase, we will require the customer to deal directly with the particular manufacturer and their warranty policies. In "some cases", at our own discretion, we do grant RMA for opened goods, however an excessive restocking fee of up to 15% will be charged. Shipping and handling fees are the costs of us sending the product to you and will not be refunded. In the event an item is sold with "free shipping", Skymall will refund the amount of sale, less "actual shipping costs" to customer.
