Diamond Princess Return Policy: We are confident that our products meet the high-quality standards that we have set. However, we also provide a 30-day return policy should you feel the need to return the product. Please follow the steps below carefully in order for your return to be processed correctly. Failure to do so will prevent your return from being processed. We will accept returns of the item must be in re-sellable & original condition and original packaging. Please note that return of products that have custom engraving, show signs of wear or damaged by the customer will be charged a 10 % restocking fee based on the condition of the product. Any return merchandised altered or resized by any jeweler (other than DiamondPrincess.com) will not be accepted. If you placed an order that came with a free promotional item, you must include the free gift in its original condition and packaging with the return or the full retail price of the promotional item will be deducted from your return amount. Call our office at 1-800-576-9044. Explain your problem to the customer service representative. The representative will then assign you a customer claim number (RMA number). On the original receipt, write your customer claim number at the bottom and enclose it with the returned item. Step 2: When shipping the products, YOU WILL BE REQUIRED TO PAY FOR SHIPPING FEES AND OR ANY OTHER SERVICE REQUIRED. WE DO NOT PROVIDE PREPAID SHIPPING LABEL WHEN YOU WANT TO RETURN THE MERCHANDISE. ANY SHIPPING CHARGES PAID FOR THE RETURN LABEL WILL NOT BE REFUNDED. You can use any courier service you prefer (USPS, FEDEX, UPS). When shipping the product, make sure that it is insured. Also, request a return receipt to ensure that DiamondPrincess.com received the packet. For safety purposes, please do not write DiamondPrincess.com on the box. Substitute it with simply DP.com. Please enclose any certificates and packing slip that was mailed with the product. Write the RMA number (CLAIM NUMBER) on the box before sending it. If not, the package will be refused. Step 3:
Please email the tracking number in order for us to track the package and make sure that we receive it. After we receive the product, we will review the claim against it. If it is approved, you will receive your refund within 7 to 14 business days.
