1. We are not responsible for any return shipping cost in case that you are not completely satisfied with your purchase or you place a wrong order after you have received it. If you insist on returning the item, you can contact us via Emails to state your return reason and request a return label. Our customer care team will inform you of the shipping cost. When the item is delivered to us, you can request a refund.
2. You can choose to return the item to our warehouse by yourself. Still shipping cost will be applied in this case. It's better to contact us to negotiate on the shipping cost before you decide to return it by yourself. When you need the refund to be issued, you can send us an Email indicating the order details and return tracking number to expedite the refund process. 3. Some NON-seller mistake returns for refund are subject to 15% re-stocking fee and buyer should pay for the round-trip shipping fee. (E.g. you bought wrong model or wrong color). A 15% processing/restocking fee is charged for mattresses, foundations, assembled/upholstered indoor furniture, water heaters & built-in home appliances.
