At Nashville Shoe Warehouse, we want you to love the shoes you’re in. If you are not completely satisfied with any item, you may return it to us within 30 days from the purchase date. Product that has been worn will not be accepted.
We'll refund the value of the item and any taxes you were charged. Be sure to include the return information located on the packing slip provided with your order, along with your daytime telephone number. All returns will be inspected prior to credit being issued. Items returned must be accompanied by the original packaging and the Return Packing Slip. Shipping Costs are nonrefundable unless the error lies with Nashville Shoe Warehouse; all other instance; Buyer pays for return shipping. We cannot assume responsibility for lost shipments.

We’ll credit or refund the value of the merchandise total. We’re sorry, but we don’t credit shipping costs for returned orders; unless error lies with Nashville Shoe Warehouse. Refunds will be given in the same form of payment as the original purchase.
Exchanges: We are sorry but we do not have an exchange policy at this time. We ask that you purchase the new item and return the unwanted item.
