Cancellation Policy:
Please double check your desired items and personal information before submitting the order. Sears only provides you with 30 minutes to cancel an order before it is submitted to us for processing. For that reason, once an order has been placed and provided to us by Sears, it cannot be cancelled or changed in any way. If an error is made, you need to accept the shipment and request a return authorization to send the order back for a refund. Shipping:
UPS Ground is our primary shipping method. We also use UPS SurePost for smaller items to minimize our costs. This is ultimately passed on to our customers as well! Items shipped via UPS SurePost will initially be handled by UPS, but delivered by your local post office. Please be sure to provide your physical address on the first address line and PO Box on the second address line to prevent any delivery issues.
Items too large for UPS will be shipped via Freight carrier. Our assumption is that freight deliveries will be residential and require a liftgate. This does not include inside delivery. We do not offer expedited shipping.
We take direction from both the manufacturer of products as well as UPS on how items should be packaged and shipped. Whenever possible items are shipped in their retail packaging and not re-packaged. This is done to give you the lowest possible cost! Orders refused at delivery will be charged all applicable fees (return shipping, our shipping cost, and a 15% restocking fee). Those same fees apply to any shipment that is undeliverable due to incorrect address or failure to pickup from carrier’s location within required time frame.
If your order shows delivered and you have not received it, we must be notified within 14 days of that stated delivery date in order to file a claim with the carrier on your behalf. If you do not contact us within that time, we may not be able to refund you. Customer Service:
If you are not satisfied with your purchase, you may return it for a partial refund. You can request an RMA # (Return Merchandise Authorization) for any order up to 30 days of the delivery date. Most requests are approved if they meet the time frame requirements and are unused/unopened in their original packaging. All returned merchandise must be in original factory condition, including all packaging materials, inserts and manuals, warranty cards (not filled out), and accessories. Please do not tape or write on the item or packaging. Ron's Home and Hardware will charge you a restocking fee of 15% for replacement of damaged, altered, missing, written-on, or taped-on contents or cartons. Ron's Home and Hardware reserves the right to refuse any such returns. These policies are in place to protect us from abuse and is based on our experience.

Please follow our Return Instructions: Pack the products into a shipping box with plenty of packing material, and tape securely. Write the RMA number issued by Customer Service clearly on the shipping label. Any merchandise returned to Ron's Home and Hardware without prior authorization will be refused. Please ship your parcel back to Ron's Home and Hardware freight prepaid. Ron's suggests that you use UPS Ground Service (Insured) or FedEx Ground (Insured). Sorry, Ron's cannot accept COD or Freight collect shipments. No goods will be accepted for exchange or return without authorization. We do not provide prepaid return labels.

Customers are responsible for the return shipping cost of their item. We do not reimburse any return shipping charges. There will be a restocking fee of up to 15% on all products that are being returned in original packaging (unused/unopened). We are not responsible for any returned item that is lost or damaged in transit. Please make sure that your return shipment is insured (if necessary) and reference your return tracking number provided by the carrier.
Refunds will be processed within 5 business days upon receipt. Please notify us of any damage or defective or goods within 30 days of receipt so we can rectify the issue for you. Items that have a Manufacturer Warranty will be referred to the Manufacturer. Items with no stated Manufacturer Warranty will be dealt with direct by Ron's Home and Hardware. Please send us and email on any issues or questions on product so that we can deal with them. Please understand the manufacturer warranty is meant to protect you and your investment in your purchase. Please do not refuse your shipment as we have no way of tracking the item back to our warehouse. If delivery is refused, your refund will be subject to a 15% restocking fee, in addition to the return shipping cost.
