Porter 18" Industrial Grade, Center Cut Cutter have steel handles with rubber grips.  Screw-type adjustment realigns edges.  Lock-plate keeps it's drop-forged precision ground alloy steel jaws with center-cut blades from loosening.  Toggle joints turn 50 pounds of hand pressure to 4,000 pounds of cutting pressure.  Cuts soft, medium and hard metals.  Maximum hardness of material to be cut:  Brinell 455/Rockwell C48.
